These are quotes from actual participants of the program:
I have one word to describe this program: awareness. Susan carefully helps you find what foods are causing you the most trouble and how to identify the reactions you may be feeling in your body. This, in turn, influences your decisions in selecting what types of food are most beneficial to your health.
One of the most valuable characteristics of the 28-day reboot is having the guidance of someone that is truly knowledgeable in matters of food, supplementation, food preparation, and exercise. The weekly Zoom calls, Facebook live presentations, interaction with fellow program participants, and daily emails are invaluable sources of information that help a person to succeed. More importantly for me is the genuine concern that Susan shows with each person that is involved in the reboot. Her availability for texting and phone calls is a game changer in this process. The encouragement and guidance that she provides is nothing short of fabulous.
I have witnessed a honing of my self-awareness to the point that I know how my body will respond to whatever I expose it to. I did lose around 8 pounds and released a buildup of fluid in my extremities, but more importantly, I felt my mind become clearer and my energy levels improve. I feel more in tune with my body, soul, and spirit. This is not an easy solution for those that embrace eating out of a box or package. You will be pushed to look at new food options and will learn how to prepare those items. Curtis D. KS
The 28 Day Healthy Reboot program has truly been a journey worth taking. I am very thankful for Susan Johnson’s continual guidance, support and encouragement each step of the way. She is a wealth of knowledge and her passion for health awareness and helping others achieve their individual goals is evident in everything she says and does.
I can honestly say that I feel so much better. After only one week on the program, I began to experience less brain fog and had the focus and clarity that contributed to a more productive day, whether at home or at the office. I used to experience fatigue, even after a night of eight hours of sleep, I now wake up refreshed and more energized. By nature, I am a person who strives to get things done, perfectly to say the least, and brain fog and lack of focus contributed to making me feel very overwhelmed due to not being able to accomplish all that I needed to. I feel normal again and it is a good feeling. Ruth Ann D. KS
