A Four Month Guided Detox 
Spring is the perfect time for a fresh start.
We will make detoxing simple and effective. Over the four months, we will walk through how to clean out your digestive system, colon, and liver. We will also navigate a parasite cleanse. All of these are optional - you decide what type of detox and what products you want to use. We walk you through using it effectively. The learning will be worth the journey!

Young Living Lemon (Lemon Vitality is the same as 15 ml) work up to 15 - 20 drops per day in your water.
Para Free - 3 Soft gel capsules twice a day for 21 days, take 7 days rest, repeat 21 days on, 7 days rest two more times for a total of 3 rounds.

Organic MCT Oil

Any organic MCT oil is fine as long as it is a liquid. You will start with one tsp a day for at least a week. Then you will move up to 1 Tbl per day. This is to help you move your bowels - we would like to see two or three times a day.
