Join Rebekah with High Vibe Kitchen and Taste the World Spice, and Susan Johnson, creator of the Healthy Reboot series for a fun, educational and tasty 8-week journey into plant rich cooking. 
Discover the fun & flavor in making some staple herb & spice blends to use throughout the program, while bringing meal prep to that next level of ease and flavor. 
To spritz in a bit of live enzymes and fragrant life, we will use the inoculating scents of some of our favorite Young Living essential oils and while it's not necessary to have these oils in order to make the recipes, it sure is a lot of fun!
We hope to provide you with 8 weeks of practical content to make your mealtime a happier, higher-vibe place.  
Learn a few tips or brush up on some kitchen, cooking and culinary fundamentals. Bring a note pad, a pen and a comfortable best friend.

This eight week program begins on Monday, July 18th at 6 PM & again on Thursday, July 21st at 6 PM

It will continue every Monday & Thursday at the same time and will conclude on Thursday, September 8th. All content will be available for replay. 

The program includes:

  • Two Zoom recipe presentations per week. These are prerecorded and will include live participating and Q&A with Rebekah and Susan during the replays.
  • 16 + recipes from the Zoom calls that will be sent by email to provide a strong foundation on building flavor.
  • Education on how to use herbs and spices for maximum benefit.
  • An optional Young Living Vitality Essential Oil add in for each recipe.
  • Two educational videos per week on a food related topic to help you make healthier food choices.
  • A special "Member Access Area" where you can access videos, recipes and educational materials presented in the program.
  • A dedicated Facebook Page to post questions, comments and show us your version of the recipes we make!
  • A Live, "Young Living Holiday Entertaining in July" party, where we will be making 3, easy to prepare, yet wildly festive dishes, to usher in the Christmas holiday season for your team, friends and family. This event in support of the YL community and is not downline specific. You may gather your team and cook with us or save the recipes for your next holiday cocktail party!
